If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 60 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We charge a 30% restocking fee for non-defective items and items received in 100% condition. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a return label. As soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Keepsakes By LK has the right to refuse returns that pass the 15-day allowed time after delivery.
